Michael Chulak – President

Before establishing PRC, Michael Chulak acquired 22 years of experience as an attorney with his own law firm where he acquired extensive knowledge in business litigation and collection law. He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University at Los Angeles and a Juris Doctor from Ventura-Santa Barbara College of Law. Michael Chulak became a licensed general building contractor in 1979 and has been an instructor at six California colleges including UCLA. Michael has written legal columns for several newspapers and has hosted a radio talk show on KVTA AM 1520 and KRLA AM 840 known as "On the Law with Michael Chulak".

Michael Chulak has served as legal counsel for the U.S. Wenzhou Association, the Los Angeles Wenzhou Chamber of Commerce USA, and the Zhejiang Chamber of Commerce. He has also served as Judge Advocate for the Westlake Yacht Club.

Tina Chulak – Vice President of International Marketing

Tina Chulak speaks Mandarin Chinese, Wenzhounese, the dialect from her home city of Wenzhou, China, and, of course, English. She is a Vice-President of the U.S. Wenzhou Association, the Los Angeles Wenzhou Chamber USA, and the Zhejiang Chamber of Commerce. Tina is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Conejo Valley Chinese Cultural Association (CCCA) which operates a Chinese language school. Tina's international business background provides unique insight into the specific needs of our foreign clients and allows us to tailor our services to effectively fill those needs.
